School Counseling at St. Francis

Hello, St. Francis caregivers! My name is Ms. Rapaport, and it’s my honor to be joining the St. Francis family this year as your school counselor. My job is to help make sure all students have what they need to thrive academically and personally, and to help them prepare for their future school and career goals. I am able to do this through:

  • Individual student academic planning and goal setting
  • School counseling classroom lessons on topics related to school success, social-emotional wellbeing, and college and career readiness
  • Short-term counseling for students, individually and in small groups
  • Collaboration with families, teachers, administrators, and community resources

Put another way… I get to take my background in mental health, child development, and creative problem-solving to help St. Francis provide a “Christ-centered education that empowers students to reach their full potential- spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and morally.” If you want to learn more about any aspect of school counseling, or what I can do for you, please ask! (And don't forget to check out my FAQ page.)

You can reach me by calling the St. Francis office and asking to be transferred to the counselor or email me at [email protected]. I respond to all emails I receive within two working days.

My hours at school are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 AM - 1 PM
Wednesday, 8 AM – 4 PM
