Interested in learning an instrument or improving your skills?  We have an incredible elementary school band -- beginners, long-time musicians and honor band available -- with an incredible band director:  Mr. Sean Deegan!  Since 1984, hundreds of students have actively taken part in this program, with the highlight being the annual Band Festival.  Join hundreds of young people as we explore instrumental music!

Among the 9 schools and 17 ensembles in Kennedy Catholic’s Elementary Band Program, St. Francis consistently has the highest levels of participation in Beginning Band, School Band and Honor Band. The school’s collaborative, high-achieving ensembles have produced strong student leaders, emerging musicians, and—of course—wonderful music!

With such large ensembles, an accurate roster is essential for attendance, communication, and ensuring the safety and whereabouts of each student.

Completion of this form is required to reserve your student’s place in School Band.  We are happy to work with families when student-learning, financial, or scheduling needs arise.  Please reach out if there is anything we can do to help your student participate successfully.
