We are very appreciative of all of you: our families, staff, alumni, parishioners, sponsors, and friends - who donate to our school and participate in our fundraisers.
Each spring when you register your child for the following school year, we ask you to prayerfully consider your donation to the Annual School Campaign for the year. We ask you to also consider your financial situation and what you can give without it being a burden to your family.
During the 2018-2019 school year, our goal is 75% participation from our school families. By 2020, our goal will be to have 100% participation by our school families.
Monthly giving is an easy, more budget-friendly way for you to donate because you are donating smaller amounts of money over time. We now have an online, recurring donation option so all you have to do is enter your information one time, schedule your monthly donation amount and date then click the submit button. It is very easy and you will receive an email each month letting you know that your donation has been made.
Whether you donate $10 a month or a one time gift of $500, we are grateful for all donations we receive; they all truly make a difference.
We are committed to providing your children the best Catholic education at St. Francis of Assisi School. We are blessed and grateful for your commitment, as well.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the Annual School Campaign?
A: The Annual School Campaign is a yearly giving campaign that supports general operating expenses, facilities, financial aid, and continuously improving the learning opportunities for our students.
Q: Why give to the Annual School Campaign?
A: The St. Francis of Assisi Annual School Campaign is an essential source of funds for the school. Each year we ask all members of St. Francis of Assisi School community to prayerfully consider a gift to the Annual School Campaign so we can ensure that our students receive the best possible education.
Q: Why is the percentage of parent participation so important?
A: When we apply for grants as a non-profit institution, the percentage of our families participation is taken under consideration. The greater the participation, the greater chance we have of receiving grants. Our goal is to achieve and maintain 100% participation.
Q: Why do we ask for contributions when families already pay tuition?
A: While tuition does cover a significant portion of the cost of a St. Francis of Assisi School education for each child, it doesn’t cover it all. There is a constant struggle between keeping our school affordable and paying the expenses necessary to operate our school.
Q: Is the Annual School Campaign the same as the Endowment fund?
A: No, the Annual School Campaign covers operating expenses and is used in its entirety each year. The Endowment Fund uses donations to add to its principal balance with a percentage of the interest earned returned to the school each year to support our financial aid program.
