Hot Lunch Program

Welcome to the 2022-2023 lunch program! 
Lunch Ladies are excited to announce that we will be working with several local community restaurants next fall to bring some new menu items into our lunch program!  We will be working with the following companies for these new items:

Jerk Shack - Veggie and Meat pies
Sushi Roll- Veggie Avocado Rolls
Golden Wheat Bakery - Ham and Cheese Breakfast Puff Pastry
Yummy Tummy Thai - Vegetable and Meat Curry
We will also be adding the following to our cold menu:
Caesar Chicken Wrap
Chicken Grain Bowl
Turkey Sliders

We welcome any parent suggestions as to menu items that they would like to see moving forward into next years program. Pictures of these new items will be featured on our weekly emails.  
Our lunches start at $5.25 (includes tax), and we also have specialty items for an additional cost.  Each lunch will come pared with a fruit and vegetable and the main entrée.  An extra main entrée can be purchased for an additional $ 1.25.

Ordering can be done weekly, monthly or daily by 7:00 p.m. for the next day.  The weekly menu reminder is emailed every Saturday.

New Parents

• Go to:
• Click on Create an Account and enter the St Francis School code LL261(Case sensitive capital letters).  Fill in the requested information in the Account Registration page.
• When the account set up is complete, click “Create User Profile” and then enter the information for your child(ren) and assign your child to their classroom.
• Sign in with your username and password.
• The current month will display. Select the date you want to order for and click on "Add items".
• Make your selections.  A side screen to "Review Today’s Order" will pop up with your item choice.
• Click on "Go to Next Day/Cart".  Once all selections have been made, click on "Go to Cart" and proceed to Checkout.
• Pay at Checkout.  Please be sure to complete the check-out process.  Do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed.  Items left in your shopping cart will not be processed and your order will not be placed.

Returning Parents
• Go to:
• Sign in with your username and password.  These have been retained from last year. If you don’t remember your password you will have to create a new one.
• Choose your child and add their grade for the new school year, then click on "Update Profile".
• If a student has graduated, select their name and click "Remove Profile".
• Once all profiles are updated, you can begin placing orders. (See steps above 5-8).
To cancel your order, first log into your account.

•         Go to the menu for the month you wish to cancel
•         Click the date you want to change or cancel
•         Click Edit or Cancel Order
•         Click the “X” to the left of the item name(s) in the Review Selections column on the right of the items that you would like to cancel
•         If all items for that day have been selected and removed 
•         Click Save and Go To Cart
•         Or if cancelling additional days, click Save and Go To Next Day or Save and Go To Calendar and repeat as needed
•         If you have more than one profile on your account, the button will say "Update Cart" in the Review Selections column. The next page will give you the option to copy to other profiles or the different Save Options.
•         To complete your changes, you must checkout
•         Click on your cart in the upper right
•         Click CONFIRM
