2023-2024 Family Handbook Agreement

St. Francis of Assisi School requires that all parents and students be aware of their responsibility to assist and support the administration, the teachers, the staff and the School Commission in the implementation and enforcement of what is outlined in this Family Handbook, as well as the rules that are developed and exist in the day-to-day operation of the school.

We ask that this page be signed by the parents/guardians and submitted by Monday, September 11, 2023. Please complete ONE FORM PER FAMILY.
