1.  Choose one of the historical figures from Chapters 15-17 and use Pixton to re-create that person as a super hero/super villain or a mixture of both.   Here’s a list of historical figures to choose among:

2.  Decide what type of super power(s) this historical figure would have based on your reading of chapters 15-17.  Feel free to do a little more research on this person if you need to in order to truly understand the person's character and social context.  
3.  Make a Pixton comic containing 1 or more frames of this historical figure as a super hero/villian or mixture of both.  
4.  The person you choose can be represented in a social/interpersonal situation where the superpower(s) are used, or this figure may simply introduce themselves and explain the superpower(s) they possess. 
5.  The comic should be supported by what you have read in chapters 15-17 and/or other research you have done to find out more about the person.
6.  When you are finished with your super powers comic on Pixton, click the Share icon to generate a link.  Copy the link and add it to this assignment using +Add or create>Link>Paste, and click the turn-in button.

Today in class, I went over the five general reasons/categories of evidence that the narrator of "The Tell-Tale Heart" is insane.  They are:
The narrator hears things that aren't there.
The narrator is obsessed with the old man's eye.
The narrator takes sick pleasure in stalking the old man.
The narrator takes sick pleasure in killing and dismembering the old man.
The narrator is paranoid that others know/will find out what he did.
You then received the organization worksheet on which one category/reason and two short quotes from the "Insane Argument" worksheet you completed earlier this week are already filled in.


Your job is to pick two other reasons/categories you believe are the strongest that the narrator is insane.  Fill in each of the two reasons in Category #2 and Category #3. 
Then, write two quotes from the prewriting worksheet into the boxes underneath each of the categories that support each category.
