The St. Francis of Assisi School Annual Spirit Auction is the largest fundraiser of the school year, making it the most significant contributor to the school's operating budget. The auction is sponsored by the Parents' Association and is supported by the School Commission, parents, students, staff and our surrounding communities.
With a fresh theme every year, the auction provides numerous fun volunteer opportunities for parents to collaborate and work together in support of the common goals of financially supporting the school and providing funds to our tuition assistance program.
November 15, 2018 - Procurement forms for cash donations are due in the school office
December 14, 2018 - Procurement forms for merchandise and gift cards are due in the school office
January 5, 2019 - Catalog advertising reservations and payment are due in the school office
January 15, 2019 - Catalog advertising artwork is due
February 20 - 21, 2019 - Procurement item drop-off in Unity Place
Every STFOA family is required to do at least ONE of the following:
Guests who attend our auction include school families, families of STFOA graduates, alumni, grandparents, friends of the school, parishioners, sponsors, donors, and friends from our surrounding communities. In 2018 we had over 400 guests in attendance and netted $193,800.00 for the school! We are looking forward to even greater success at the 2019 auction, which will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019 in McClean Family Center on campus and Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Hilton Seattle Airport and Convention Center.
