Virtual Tasting Dinner - St. Francis Etched Glasses - Raffle Tickets!

Join us for a unique opportunity to participate in the Red, White and Brown from your home! Indulge your wanderlust of travel and love of wine featuring Ste. Michelle wine estates. This year’s wine and bourbon tasting will be accompanied by a delicious 4 course food pairing provided by Act3 Catering. Ste. Michelle Wine Estates’ wine educator, Lauren King and Trail's End Master Distiller Joe O' Sullivan will lead us through a delicious journey through France, New Zealand, Italy, Napa Valley, Oregon and Washington state. Hood River’s finest Trail’s End small batch bourbon will round out our 4-course tasting.

Here's how it works:

1) Purchase your Red, White and Brown Tasting package below. Each package includes a wine and bourbon tasting for two, a 4 - course paired dinner for two (menu below) and the Zoom link . Order deadline is Tuesday, October 5^th at 10pm.

2) Pick up your food and tasting package on Saturday, Oct 9, between 2pm and 5pm at St. Francis of Assisi School parking lot. Dinner comes with heating instructions so you can enjoy dinner and pairings with everyone.

3) At 6pm on Saturday, October 9^th, log onto Zoom to join your St. Francis community to enjoy your culinary journey with Ste. Michelle Wine Estates wine educator, Lauren King and Trail's End Master Distiller Joe O' Sullivan. Following the speakers, you will have the opportunity to join a break-out room to chat.

4) * Now you are ready for the Oct 9 Tasting Event! Make sure to Shop our selection of retail wines and spirits! Stock your cellar, support St. Francis and earn those profit dollars! We have an amazing selection of wines, bubbles and spirits to choose from, plus specially curated packages to make it easy (check out the Liquid Lunch mixed case, Celebration case, Thanksgiving mixed case, Bow Down to Washington case, and more!). Retail order deadline is 11:59pm October 9th. Share the link with friends and family and earn even more profit dollars.

Invite your friends and family to participate - this is a community event, and the more the merrier! Retail wine orders are available to all - share the link with your coworkers, family and friends. Plus, you will receive 10% in profit dollars off your entire retail wine purchase (the Zoom tasting packages do not count towards profit dollars). More wine sales = more money raised for St. Francis!

Campanelle with short rib ragu

- Paired with a Antinori Peppoli Chianti (750ml)

Bourbon glazed pecan pie mini trifle
- Paired with a Trail’s End Bourbon ( 2 tasters)
